Veenendaal, The Netherlands – 3 February 2022: To-Increase, a leading global SaaS provider for Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications, is delighted to announce the appointment of Harald Werner as Chief Financial Officer.
Harald will lead the Finance, IT, and Legal teams and serve as a financial and strategic business advisor within the leadership team of To-Increase. Harald comes with a wealth of experience as CFO in multiple private equity-driven scale-ups and enterprises like EVBox, Infotheek Group, Hewlett Packard, and Daimler Chrysler. He has a proven track record of driving profitable growth, establishing governance and compliance, setting up and building strong functions in and beyond finance.

As CFO and management team member, Harald will report to CEO, Luciano Cunha. He will be responsible for accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, business control and data insights, Tax, IT, Legal, and M&A.
