To-Increase acquires firm focused on equipment rental and leasing



To-Increase acquired HiGH Software, a leading company with state-of-the-art equipment management business applications. To-Increase hereby strengthen its market position within the manufacturing and services industry focused on equipment rental and leasing. 

Veenendaal, the Netherlands – 9 January 2018: Today, To-Increase has entered into an agreement acquiring the Dutch company HiGH Software, a leading software company within state-of-the-art equipment management solutions. The acquisition of HiGH Software will augment the rich portfolio of To-Increase business applications for manufacturing and services industry focused on equipment rental and leasing.

Acquiring proven solutions, such as DynaRent and DynaLease, is a strategic move that enables To-Increase to drive further innovation with customers in the global manufacturing and services industry. With the acquisition, that includes HGH Business Consultancy, To-Increase strengthens its market leading position within the Microsoft Dynamics market and creates an even stronger footprint in the manufacturing and services industries.
