Veenendaal, The Netherlands – January 28th, 2021 – To-Increase announced the successful completion of its acquisition by Gilde Buy Out Partners and To-Increase management on January 26, 2021. It had earlier stated that the agreement was subject to the finalization of works council consultation procedures in line with Dutch law, which is now confirmed effectively.
Gilde, an investment firm, completely trusts the potential of To-Increase and its business plans and looks forward to their collaboration with the To-Increase management team.
Over the last 15 years, To-Increase evolved into a global SaaS leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications with a 94% customer cloud retention rate and a vigorous recurring revenue ratio. The company is excited to leverage this association to step up its innovation capabilities and stay ahead in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 space using technology.
