Gilde Buy Out Partners invests in To-Increase

To-Increase enters a new chapter of their growth journey with Gilde Buy Out Partners.

Veenendaal, The Netherlands – December 21st, 2020 – Today, To-Increase announces that investment firm Gilde Buy Out Partners, together with senior management, has entered into an agreement to acquire To-Increase. The transaction is subject to works council consultation procedures being finalized in accordance with Dutch law, and expected to be completed during January 2021.

To-Increase is a Global SaaS Leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications with a highly scalable business model utilizing a global distribution channel to drive organic growth. The organization realized 15 years of growth, with a strong percentage of recurring revenue, and customer cloud retention of 94%.
