Eazi Access is a long term DynaRent customer. Their organization has been using DynaRent for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 for nearly 7 years. They’ve successfully merged DynaRent into their ERP platform and processes. Over the past few years, we’ve been working with the company. This way we incorporated Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online into their DynaRent rental, sales, and service processes.
In early 2016, a new investor for Eazi Access propelled the group into a more ambitious growth strategy. Since than they further expand the business. DynaRent in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
Sales and rental representatives for Eazi Access will be working with Dynamics 365 CRM, funneling the lead through customer process. Furthermore DynaRent will enable them to create and monitor sales and rental quotes directly within the CRM application. And in addition have immediate access to ERP information. While this is displayed in a friendly, familiar user interface. As a result all information is synchronized system-wide in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations data model.
DynaRent in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (ERP)

DynaRent with Microsoft PowerApps (Mobility)
Eazi Access will soon rely on Microsoft PowerApps as a key element in their mobile field service strategy. DynaRent works smoothly with PowerApps. This way the mobile workforce service engineers, sales and rental reps, fuel managers, as well as truck drivers can use DynaRent on preferred mobile devices for daily operations. You can execute rental quotes, service tasks, fuel management and other processes. In addition all results are sent instantly to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
DynaRent with Microsoft Power BI (Analytics)
DynaRent BI gives Eazi Access an industry-specific foundation for filtering and analyzing data. Furthermore it combines with Microsoft Power BI for the richest possible range of analytics. In addition targeted reports and data collection monitor all aspects of equipment and resources. Power BI and DynaRent work in tandem also for equipment rental and services monthly management reports and business-wide KPIs. DynaRent users can access Power BI within the DynaRent workspace and also on mobile devices.
