License certificate expiry for EAM and ASM per October 22, 2017
Customers that make use of the modules Enterprise Asset Management or Asset Service Management need to take note the expiration of the license certificate per October 22nd, 2017. Note that this concerns a different license certificate then the one that is renewed per August 2017. If you are running on Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition, we highly recommend that you renew the license for these modules before October 22nd. If you have not renewed the licenses on that date, an AOS re-start can cause some functions of the system to be no longer accessible. If you are running AX 2012 the impact is mainly caused by (re-)loading of licenses, an ASO re-start itself has no effect. We highly recommend that you renew the license for these modules before (re-)loading licenses for AX 2012 itself. More information on the impact and as part of which solutions both modules are sold can be found here.
Please contact email@example.com to request new licenses for Enterprise Asset Management or Asset Service Management.

As part of the coming release of EAM Mobile we will also bring two new capabilities to the AMS solution: Planning board for workorders which allows drag and drop allocation of workorders to workers as well as Service portal which is designed to enable machine operators to conveniently can report faults and errors and can create requests.
