Mainstream support ended for AX 2009, AX2012, R2
Microsoft has stopped mainstream support for Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1), Dynamics AX 2012, and Dynamics AX 2012 R2 as on October 9, 2018. To-Increase follows the Microsoft support lifecycle for mainstream support for its solutions. Therefore, support for all To-Increase solutions on the earlier mentioned AX releases has stopped as well on October 9, 2018. We recommend that you update the relevant customers with this information.
If a customer would like to arrange for support on To-Increase solutions that are outside the support lifecycle, this may be arranged as per an extended support contract specifically for that customer.
