An unrivaled end-to-end EDI solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O customers, EDI-2-Flow
Veenendaal, Netherlands, January 6th 2021 — To-Increase, a global ISV for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, and TIE Kinetix, a leading Document Exchange SaaS solutions provider, expand their global partnership to offer a one-stop, complete Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 customers. The EDI-2-Flow offering will allow Dynamics 365 users to streamline their back-end document flows, thus reducing costs.
The new combined offering comes under a single contract from TIE Kinetix that Dynamics 365 users can immediately use to simplify EDI implementation and day-to-day operations worldwide. Under the new contract, TIE Kinetix offers Microsoft Dynamics 365 users with a pre-packaged EDI solution, including TIE Kinetix’s FLOW Partner Automation platform and To-Increase’s EDI Studio and Connectivity Studio.

EDI-2-FLOW for Dynamics 365
EDI-2-FLOW for D365 is an all-in-one, standardized solution package that provides a complete technical and functional integration between the trading partner (e.g., customers or suppliers) and Microsoft Dynamics 365. It is delivered, implemented, and supported by TIE Kinetix within a single contract. The solution includes functionality inside D365 for exception handling of EDI documents by business users, complete message history, and all the needed triggers to automate the EDI processes inside the ERP. The To-Increase solutions come with capabilities to also configure third-party system integrations, data migration, or master data distribution.
In addition to EDI documents exchange, the FLOW platform from TIE Kinetix can be extended with non-EDI communication through a portal for trading partner communication and PDF reading capabilities (delivered by e-mail). In this way, the trading partners that cannot connect via EDI can now connect to D365 via the same integration. There is no difference for the D365 users, and therefore, this proposition enables a true digital transformation.
