Want a Preview of What Awaits You at Directions EMEA?

EMEA-Blog-image-2-1

In our last two blogs, we talked about our team that will be at Directions EMEA and what you can gain from being part of the event. In this article, we will give you a preview of what we have been doing to prepare for the event.  We have been working on adding new functionalities to our mobility solution. We have also fixed some of the processes in the solution to make them more user-friendly.

Here is what you can expect:

Enhanced style sheet: We have worked to improve the user experience with features including new stylesheet, process tiles, taskbar buttons, and more to help you use the solution better.

Card and list screen combinations: We have improved the functionality of the header and footer so that you have additional space. In turn, this improves the list of screens with information and to offer increased configuration options.

Image support on lists: We know how important images can be when it comes to details and the overall user experience. This feature enables images to be seen wherever they are available.

Show/hide controls on screens: This feature helps in making the screen even on mobile more efficient but without compromising on the functionality.

Visible indicator of the default button: You always need a button to confirm certain details and then move on to the next step. We have enabled this with a visible indication of the default button.

Enable keyboard for working with data grids: Arrows that scroll up and down have been enabled so that you have physical keys to work with rather than use the touchscreen.

Dropdown support on user input: When you are viewing the mobile option, it is good to have a list of options to choose from the dropdown as well as the option to scan a value for complete ease.

Sorting on device: You now have the option to sort in ascending or descending order.  In case you want to limit options, then you have the option to retrieve only five rows and then add rows after scrolling more. You can also use infinite scrolling feature to scroll down  to the ‘retrieving more data’ point to view more lines until the end of currently retrieved items.

Brick style list: When your device does not have landscape mode then Brick Style Lists are the way to work with ease; this was not possible earlier as fields are separate columns and you would have to scroll left or right when you need to go through more columns.

Excited about the new functionalities, fixes, and feature improvements we have talked about? Our team awaits you at the event so that we can have a lot of meaningful discussions!
