Veenendaal, The Netherlands – 13 April 2022: To-Increase, a leading global SaaS provider for Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications, is delighted to announce the appointment of Fernanda Groenendijk as its Chief People Officer (CPO).
Fernanda will lead all aspects of people operations, culture, and global employee experience. Her rich experience of 25 years in HR and change management will be instrumental in defining effective processes and best practices at To-Increase. She brings deep expertise in aligning people with business and customer objectives, shaping organizational culture, and creating an employee-first environment.
Fernanda’s success in HR and people leadership roles will strengthen To-Increase’s people-centric culture and enable the company’s growth and expansion plans. She is part of the company’s executive leadership team and will report to CEO, Luciano Cunha. Previously, Fernanda has held key positions in companies like HIAB, Sandvik, Riwal, Atos Origin, and KPMG, where she has been instrumental in driving change.
