To-Increase Appoints Silvia Vlaar-Reis as New Vice President, Employee Experience

Veenendaal, The Netherlands – March 2020: To-Increase is delighted to announce the appointment of Silvia Vlaar-Reis as the Vice President, Employee Experience, to continue to build a culture that can attract, nurture and retain the best people. 

Silvia will define and implement the employee experience strategy for To-Increase across teams in different geographies. She has worked in all areas of HR and will now leverage her know-how in creating the workplace as an experience with her global tenure in the start-up and scale-up technology environment, as well as in well-established multinational retail and consumer goods industries. 

As part of the management team, Silvia will report to the CEO, Luciano Cunha. She will support the teams to thrive in the current growth phase of To-Increase. She will lead the development and implementation of the employee experience strategy, develop policies, and put in place effective processes to assure To-Increase has one of the best workplace experiences. She is an expert in proactive development and coaching of leaders to scale up the organization which will support our growth aspirations.
