Order Management - Trade

A set of functionality specifically directed toward trade activities.

The Trade set contains the following capabilities:

• External Text Editor enables you to edit the standard Microsoft Dynamics NAV comment boxes using the text editor of your choice.
• Description Ledger Entries copy the description of the transaction document to the ledger entries.
• Price Units of Measure enable you to define units of measure for quantities and for prices.
• Cost Price Surcharges allow you to set calculation schedules to define standard costs in detail.
• Purchase Invoice Registration provides the opportunity to register purchase invoices upon receipt before processing the receipt matching.
• Stage Payments for Sales enables you to set stages for payment on any sales order.
• Combine Shipments Extended adds setup functionality to the standard function.
• Sales Order Discount adds an additional discount option to sales orders.
• Price & Discount Agreements enables you to easily store special deals with a customer to be re-used.
