To-Increase Advanced Service enables employees to manage service activities effectively. This solution supports the easy registration of service calls through the advanced event-based workflow. You can subcontract work from the Service Dispatch Board, where you also create an internal work order.
Ordering spare parts from an “as-built” list is integrated in the service order, as well as in the sales order. Service contracts can be registered in a very specific way by using predefined maintenance jobs. With those maintenance jobs, you can determine the estimated costs for periodic maintenance.
The sales and costs amounts are calculated based on the items, resources, and service costs that are registered in the maintenance job specification.
