Advanced Job Management can help you:
Track deliverables and related costs. During the definition phase, the project deliverables are described. For example, for each deliverable, the costs in terms of resource usage, material usage, and equipment usage are specified.

Manage task flow. Several tasks and the sequence of the tasks required to achieve the deliverables are defined. Subsequently, resources, materials, and equipment are assigned to the tasks. And status control reports the progress of a project or a part of the project.

Increase the accuracy of your quotes. For each job, you can easily compare budgeted costs with actual costs every step of the way. All costs (expenses, resources, equipment use, and materials) are charged to the project during the execution.
