FAQ – To-Increase Partner Network

Q. I would like to resell and/or recommend To-Increase's products. How do I apply to become a To-Increase Partner?
A. To start the process, simply fill out our partnership application form. Our partner team will then review your application and contact you, usually within two–three business days, to discuss your application further, and provide you with Partner agreement forms. You will then work with the Partner Account Manager for your country/region.

Q. Is there a cost to becoming a To-Increase Partner?
A. No. Becoming a To-Increase Partner is free of charge. However, there may be a cost involved if you choose to become a To-Increase Certified Partner. This depends on the level of partnership and solution on which you focus.

These costs relate to the trainings that a partner must successfully complete to attain the desired level of Partner Program participation. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at partnerships@To-Increase.com.

Q. Where can I find information about training programs/classes in my area?
A. To view our training calendar, visit the To-Increase Partner Portal. If you are not yet an authorized To-Increase Partner, please contact us at partnerships@To-Increase.com for training information.

Q. Where are the trainings typically held?
A. Trainings are given all around the world, with regular trainings in North America, Europe, and Asia. For the most current trainings list, please visit the To-Increase Partner Portal, or contact your Partner Account Manager.

Q. How do I enroll in the training program?
A. Simply fill out the enrollment form sent to you by your Partner Account Manager. Mail it back to your partner; they will submit it for you, and you will then be registered.

Q. What is the To-Increase Partner Portal?
A. The To-Increase Partner Portal delivers role-tailored access to support-certified To-Increase Partners and resellers as they demonstrate, sell, and implement To-Increase solutions. The Partner Portal also delivers hot fixes for To-Increase software, support documentation and best practices, flash demos, presentation materials, training calendars, and much more. Partners can also use the Partner Portal to log support issues.

Q. How do I learn what products To-Increase is offering?
A. Please contact your Partner Account Manager for an overview of our product portfolio. You can also view our solutions online 

Q. Do you only have vertical partners?
A. No. To-Increase has multiple product offerings within Industry/vertical solutions. We also offer horizontal products both to enhance the business functionality of Microsoft Dynamics and for more technical enhancements.

Q. Do members of the To-Increase Partner Program have access to software for internal use?
A. Yes. Business Partners receive not-for-resale, internal use licenses for To-Increase solutions. They are for demonstration purposes only. These solutions are provisioned via VPC images. Images may require either Microsoft Dynamics AX or Microsoft Dynamics NAV standard product images for proper loading and use. Please note that To-Increase does not distribute images of Microsoft Dynamics AX or Microsoft Dynamics NAV or the VPC software to use with solutions that are published by Microsoft.

Q. Where can I see the prices for To-Increase products?
A. If you are already a To-Increase Partner, you can find the pricelist on the Partner Portal. If you have not yet become a To-Increase Partner, send  an e-mail to partnerships@To-Increase.com, and we will contact you.

Q. Can To-Increase assist their partners with services?
A. Yes. To-Increase does assist their partners with services. We require notice in advance and there is a cost involved. Please contact your Partner Account Manager to arrange the details.

Q. I have heard about the vertical industry solutions offered under the Microsoft Dynamics Industry Solutions program. Are there solutions offered by To-Increase that are included in this program?
A. Yes. To-Increase is a member of the elite group of ISVs selected to participate in the Microsoft Dynamics Industry Solutions program. To-Increase won the global Microsoft Dynamics Industry Solution ISV of the Year award in 2007.

Q. What vertical solutions does To-Increase support within the Microsoft Dynamics Industry Solutions program portfolio?
A. To-Increase is the publisher for the Industrial Equipment Manufacturing for Microsoft Dynamics AX and the Retail Chain Manager for Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Q. What is the difference between Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) and Microsoft Dynamics Industry Solutions (MDIS)?
A. Some of our Industry solutions are part of the MDIS program and are on the Microsoft Dynamics pricelist. Others are certified by Microsoft to ensure the highest quality. To learn more about our high-quality, certified solutions, please contact your Partner Account Manager.

Q. Where can I see the prices for the Industrial Equipment Manufacturing and Retail Chain Manager solutions for Microsoft Dynamics AX?
A. Microsoft Partners can find the price for these two vertical solutions on Partner Source under the Microsoft pricelist.

Q. Do I have to complete any forms for Partner qualification to resell a To-Increase solution that is distributed in conjunction with the Microsoft Dynamics Industry Solutions program?
A. Yes. There is an extensive reselling partner qualification and certification process that must be completed for a reseller to obtain authorization to resell a product managed within the Microsoft Dynamics Industry Solutions program. For additional information, you can contact your Partner Account Manager. If you are working with a Microsoft representative, they can also provide you with information.

Q. Are To-Increase Industry solutions for Microsoft Dynamics AX tested and certified by Microsoft?
A. Yes. The Industry Solutions are fully tested and certified by Microsoft. Every time Microsoft delivers a new version, To-Increase industry solutions are retested and certified.

Q. Are To-Increase solutions integrated in Microsoft Dynamics solutions?
A. Yes. All To-Increase solutions are developed in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The only exception to this is the e-Con Sales and Product Configurator. This .NET Web-based configuration solution is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It can also run in a stand-alone mode.

Q. What types of support does To-Increase offer partners?
A. There are two types of support: (1) Presales and implementation support and (2) Product support. All partners who market standard To-Increase solutions and who are certified or are in the process of To-Increase certification are entitled to presales and implementation support. Product support for the Microsoft Dynamics Industry Solutions (MDIS) partners is available through the Microsoft support desk. Product support for all other non-MDIS To-Increase solutions is available through the To-Increase Partner Portal.

Q. How does To-Increase support its solutions?
A. To-Increase supports its solutions solely through a worldwide partner network of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the To-Increase Certified Partner network. 

Q. I want to embed To-Increase's product(s) into my solutions. Do you have a program that handles this?
A. Yes. If you are interested in embedding or becoming an OEM for To-Increase software, you may be interested in the Powered by To-Increase Program. Please send us a detailed message to partnerships@To-Increase.com. Typically we will contact you within two–three business days.

Q. How does Configuration vs. Customization help the Customer
A. To-Increase focuses on helping partners and customers drive a majority of the implementation through data-driven parameters instead of writing code for customizations. This reduces the implementation time and risk, and simplifies future upgrades to new versions.
