Cornelis Bosch has been a driving force behind To-Increase business development since the company began in 1999 as Focus-ICT. As a founding member, Cornelis was instrumental in helping Focus-ICT become part of the Watermark group, where he managed their Innovation ISV division in 2003.

Rine le Comte

CTO

Rine has been active for 20 years in software research and development. He has studied computer science at Enschede Polytechnic and business and computer science at the Open University. During his career, Rine has worked as a software engineer and as an architect at Four Seasons Software, Baan Labs, and Watermark.

Before joining To-Increase, Bjorn held the position of business consultant in several domestic and international implementations of Microsoft Dynamics AX. He joined To-Increase in 2005 with seven years of experience in the software industry, including work on Concorde XAL.

Luciano Cunha

Luciano Cunha

Global Industry Director - Manufacturing and Construction

Luciano’s experience spans more than 15 years in IT and Manufacturing management positions. These positions include working in various areas at IBM Brazil, serving as product manager for various software development companies, and, most recently, working in a senior level management position at a manufacturing organization in the US.
